How to Download & Use Cheat db Files for Any PSP Game in Android

Enabling cheats in PSP games allows you to unlock all weapons, get unlimited health, bypass difficult missions, or max out in-game currency. Follow this complete step-by-step tutorial to install and use cheat codes (CWCheat format) in the PPSSPP emulator on Android.

Step 1: Enable Cheats in PPSSPP

Open the PPSSPP app on your Android device.
Go to Settings > System.
Scroll down to the General section and check the box for Enable Cheats.

Step 2: Generate the Cheat File

Launch the game you want cheats for (e.g., God of War: Ghost of Sparta).
Press the Back button on your phone (or the pause button) to open the PPSSPP in-game menu.
Tap on Cheats in the right-hand menu.
Exit the game and close PPSSPP. (Opening this menu automatically creates a blank cheat file named after your game's unique Game ID, such as UCUS98737.ini or ULES01473.ini).

Step 3: Add Cheat Codes

Open your phone's File Manager.
Navigate to: PSP > Cheats (or Android/data/org.ppsspp.ppsspp/files/PSP/Cheats on newer Android versions).
Find the .ini file corresponding to your game ID and open it with a text editor.
Paste your CWCheat codes into the file and save it.

Important Note:

    The File provided has various cheat db files and if its a zip file 
    then extract the zip/7z format file and paste the extracted files into the cheats folder 
    and DON'T EXTRACT THE File THE FILE WITH .db AT THE END.

Note:

 Paste All the cheats files you downloaded in the cheats folder to avoid confusion.(zip/7z format file needs to extract before)

Step 4: Activate Cheats In-Game

Open PPSSPP and launch your game.
Pause the game to bring up the menu and select Cheats.
Check the boxes next to the codes you want to activate.
Resume the game to play with cheats enabled!

⚠️ Troubleshooting Tip: Ensure the cheat codes match your specific game region (USA, EUR, or JPN). An American region code (UCUS) will not work on a European game copy (ULES). Always verify the Game ID displayed in PPSSPP.
